Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are packed and shipped within [3 to 5 business days] of purchase. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships, and we’ll update you if there are any delays.

Returns and exchanges

If something isn’t right, email us at [support email] within [30 days] of delivery and we’ll make it right. Items should be unworn and in their original condition. [Say whether returns are free or the customer pays return shipping.]

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund it.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it and refund you in full.
